Curtis' Favourite: Grilled Truefield on Salad

This is Curtis' go-to recipe.

It's quick and easy to make, it's 20g of protein, it satisfies, and it's fun to eat!
Throw a portion, 30g, of Truefield protein into water to rehydrate.
While that's soaking, assemble your salad: Here, he's made it with spring mix, avocado, corn nibblets, and topped with sunflower seeds.
After 10 minutes, when your Truefield protein is hydrated, you can throw it into a hot pan with a bit of oil, and saute just to get some colour. If you'd like, this is a great time to add some sauce, like our friend Tocha's Yuzu (https://tochafoods.com/products/tocha-verde-copy).
Serve on top of, or along side your salad, and enjoy!
