This one is so easy and quick you can do it up in 10 minutes and have your calorie and protein fix after a long hike.

Boil water, add your favourite instant ramen (mine is Chef Woo's vegetarian braised beef!), and add your dehydrated serving of Truefield Protein! 

Wait 10 minutes, or until the protein is soft, and enjoy your meal.
